| Re: heater fan Hi TI Thanks for your reply Here are the things Ive checked 1. 30A fuse in the battery box 2. Relay in the battery box 3 I have checked for a 12v supply at the switch (Grey/Black full speed wire) & shorted it to earth (Black). All with no success. I have a 12v Supply at the switch (Grey/Black wire) which is coming through the motor. When I earth it Either to the Black wire or direct to the body the fan does not run. I have linked out the relay at the batter with a wire and when I remove the wire the 12v supply at the switch is lost. So I think it is either the motor or a high resistance connection at the motor. ian

| Re: heater fan I have not checked the voltage at heater fan yet cos I did not know where it was. I have one of those manuals on cd from e-bay so i have the cct diags but I found the exploded drawings giving the location a bit confusing. I have taken the dashboard to bits looking for the motor all the while thinking "this cant be right, it doesnt make sense!" and yep it wasnt right and I wasnt doing anything sensible. So tommorrow Ill put it all back then take a different part of my car to bits. Any tips on getting the motor out or testing in position? apart from knowing where to look for it! cheers Ian
