Navteq Disc

Hi Everyone,
I'm a newbie to the forum having just bought a 2002 Stilo Abarth, 2 days ago. My first opinion is what a winderful car it is and why haven't I driven one before.

The only problem i've encountered at the moment is that the sat-nav is incredibly slow in updating on v8.1. I've just followed the forums instruction and updated to v9.8. Haven't been anywhere yet so don't know if this will solve this but the navteq disc I have is UK and Ireland 2001 amd appears very scratched, will this affect performance??

Is there any links for downloading a later edition for me to burn?, as I have been to several places today that aren't even on the 2001 disc.

Happy Christmas to All and Thanks in advance of any help which would be gratefully accepted.

Tony

Hey Tony

Please read the main "Connect Nav" thread in the Stilo section, all is described there. Or click here to take you to it directly.

Re: Navteq Disc

Hi Rich,

Thanks For That. Much Appreciated.
Since Updating to version 9.8, my connect+ seems to be working a lot better.
I know what you mean and fully support on your stance regarding people only wanting to join the forum to get updated discs and will wait for whenever to get the update, (at least it's working now!!!)

Merry Xmas to Yourself and the rest of the members of this forum

Tony
