Re: A question

It's ****ed, catastrophic degree of failure, I'd sell the Stilo now and take whatever offer you could . . .

Lol, twisted sense of humour aside, thats normal; there is an increased load on the electrical system so the lights should dim slightly. They'll dim more if the motor is labouring to put the window down, so ensure the window mechanism is running smoothly .

Re: A question

$10,000,000 - is that to recoup the average expected Stilo maintenance costs? Ha ha, you can tell I've been in a FIAT dealer today!

Well, as long as the window is going up and down at normal speed it's ok. If it's going slow or making noises, it might need a bit of silicon on the rubbers - even better is pledge wood polish

Re: A question

Okay how about this then. When on sidelight or headlight on pressing the braje pedal the backlight on the air cond dims but after a second. When you release the pedal a second later the backlight returns to normal.
1.9JTD 06 model. Plus still no deadlocks!!!

Re: A question

Need to take extra care with electric windows as it's not that obvious what load the motor is taking (unlike manual windows when it's very obvious).

Mould forming on the bottom rubber can be the worst culprit.
