(T) Radio Interferance

Well You are all going to like this.
I have interferance on my radio. I am on my third unit but with unrelated faults.
I have been waiting for the dealer or Fiat to sort it out.
Well I saw the dealer to day and was told all of them do it and there is nothing they can do.
I rang Fiat and was answered in Italy, it seems there is a new system so perhaps something will be done about our complaints now.
I gave them all the details and said that if I wanted to buy a car with three wheels I would have done because they all have three wheels and the fourth works somtimes.
I have been told that someone will get back to me.
I had previously reported this to them months ago and have kept ringing ever since.
Car is 12 months old in April so need to sort this out soon as one of the people who I spoke to at Fiat customer care said it only had 12 months warranty.(radio)
Well under the sale of goods act it needs to be fit for purpose and use as described and of merchantable quality.( it does not say that it will suffer interferance)
So I said I would see them in court under the Sale of goods act.
If I do not get this sorted out I will take it to court.
This is in no way a threat just that I am prepared do carry out the action, and I will unless it is resolved.
