(T) Dension Ice Link Plus + Connect Nav

Hi peeps,

Searched high and low for a definitive answer and still cannot find out if the Ice Link Plus is fully compat with the CN+ in the Stilo, I've spoken to 2 dealers who tell me to steer clear of the ILP as it's designed primarilly for Blaupunkt HUs and whilst the CN+ can "accomodate" an AO9 changer it's made by Magnetti Marelli, so no guaranteed compatibility can't be given.

As I don't want to waste my time and money buying kit that will not work, can someone please tell me if they have a working connection, where they bought it and how they set it up and more importantly if they have any issues with it.

Yes it is. I have installed it on my JTD '02 with ConnectNav+ just two weeks ago.

Works like a charm, only issue is that the CDC only supports 5CD's. You need to select CD6 to get in the IceLink menu (which I want cos I wanna browse via Ipod, not via headunit). I cant select CD 6 ofcourse.
I think that could be fixed with an firmware upgrade of the IceLink, and I'm in contact with my Dutch supplier to work that out.

Thanks for the info, can you tell me what version of the hardware you have, as I've been told there is now a newer model supporting video output and also has full support for 5th Gen (Video) iPods.

Also what firmware are u running ?
