(T) stilo cd player manufacturer?

Does anyone know what's the manufacturer of the original Stilo cd Player?
I want to connect my Archos gmini 400 mp3 player disguised as a CD changer to the unit. In order to do that I must know the communication protocol of the CDC.

I believe it's made by Visteon (who also makes the instrument cluster).

I want to know too! I took out my CD-player and all I could read from it is VISTEON and lots of numbers that does not make any sense!

I was just looking at Densions I-Pod solution but it seams that it will only work with NAV...

Tell me if you come up with a solution!

I'm sure the manual that comes with the car says something like..

The headunit is compatible with the Blaupunkt IDC-A09 CD Changer, and Punto's & Panda's come with Blaupunkt units, but the Stilo's is definitely Visteon.

I heard somewhere that Visteon is VDO, who used to do Fiats stereos and dashs. Don't know if thats true or not . . .

Visteron do alot of stuff (radios,alternators etc) for alot of manufacturers ford use them alot......personally had alot of warranty dealings with them!

Yeah, you need to get the Blaupunkt IDC-A09 with the FIAT connection and BUS (it's just called the IDC-A09 FIAT), the lead from the stereo to the CDC, and the modified glovebox insert.

All right, I was looking at densions solution with IPod but it's only compatible with Blaupunkt CDC A08...
