Re: I'm new

Hi there and welcome to the forum! In terms of modding a Stilo there seems to be an ever increasing amount of parts available depending if your after performance enhancing stuff or bodystyling.

Re: I'm new

Hi mate and welcome to the FF to you. Nice to see another possbile Stilo person. One thing you apparently can't get at the moment for the 1.6 is a remap but I believe that there are lots of other goodies ie exhaust etc. Other 1.6 guys will steer you right I'm sure.

Re: I'm new

thanks for the warm welcome guys
at the moment im happy with the punto but i want a bit more room and different style cause u dont see a modded stilo everyday! i have looked at the 1.8 and the insurance for the 1.6 is cheaper than my 1.2! but i got to say the jtds are tempting what sort of power could i get from those??

Re: I'm new

Ok - your best bet is the JTD - very cheap insurance AND can be remapped very easily to 155bhp [or to 170bhp with a new exhaust system] - this nearly takes it into Abarth territory, but not quite

The 1.6 can't be remapped, so you are just left with other engine tweaks like airfilters, plus lowering, bodykits, etc.

Re: I'm new

cool with a remap and exhaust what sort of 0-60 would i be looking at? i would geuss torque would go through the roof! and does satnav come on all dynamic jtds because most seem to have it on autotrader at the mo

Re: I'm new

Well, not sure of 0-60 of a remapped 155 JTD - I am sure a bit of searching will give you the info....

Satnav only comes as standard on the Abarth models
