| hello again people i had my car in for airbag failure and they replaced the weight sensor in the seat and the airbag control unit then stuck a couple of cable ties under the seat turn off the engine so now im back to sqaure 1 waiting a week to be seen to then another four days waiting for parts and messing about surely these garages are aware of the problems with these systems i shall be giving them a few choice words when they find the time to fit me in Fix It Again Tommorrow sounds about right A "safety defect" is a feature of design or construction liable to cause significant risk of personal injury or death would you agree that the above statment applys in the case of the fiat stilo? i bloody would especially when you got the kids in right ive had my moan you people have a nice day

| Re: coincedence? Just fiddle with the wires under the passenger seat and pusch connectors- thats all I do when it happens. Strangely in mine, it only seems to do it when my mums in the front as shes a bit heavy handed with the weighty doors and moving the seat+ puts all her body into getting the seat belt. Your right- frigging annoying

| Re: coincedence? It'll be the connectors under the seat. Its most likely if the air got moist it could of done summat- mine usually only happens in winter or when my mums got in it! Also if its a 3door and people are forever getting in the back its loosens everything. You'd really think they would have made a better one!

Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: (0) | Re: coincedence? Been to those foam car wash things that are springing up all over! Pretty good in my opinion! Noticed recently lots of arc shaped light scratched on my bonnet, turns out its where i park at work. Leave on bushes moving back and forward when the wind blows! After a good wash by hand its less noticable, but you can still see some small amount of dirt gets trapped. Those foam car was things get all the crap out of the light scratches. Next time i'm gonna use one of those sealing polishes and see if i sorts the problem. Would never go through a brush car wash though!

You ever thought of not parking in front of bushes?
