(T) CD Auto changer

HI All

I have just bought a changer off e-bay its a Blaupunkt ( AC09) and I have fitted it to my Stilo and its asking me for a CDC M-code. The code was not supplied with the changer. Is there anyway of by passing it?

Welcome to the forum! I think you maybe able to acquire the code from your local dealer, is the CDC an aftermarket one? If it is you may have problems as I think there's only one Blaupunkt CDC that the standard head units accept! Don't quote me on it though.

Hmm, no code? Have you tried looking on the unit itself, to see if it is on a sticker?

AC09 does require a code.

Mine was supplied in my Punto as a factory fit but Fiat didn't supply, nor could they find the code so they paid for it to be re-coded locally.

Ah, but not all people who have purchased the A-09 changer have required a code to be entered....

I have looked all over the player and there are lots of number but none are four digits long

Apparently your dealer or a audio specialist can gain access for the code but if it is wrong or no code available....its junk Just something I was told yesterday by a local audio specialist.....who charge £10 for a code by the way.
