 02 Stilo diesel air con problem My 02 stilo diesel air con compressor is not turning we have traced back to the relay in the fuse box not pulling in (fuse is 0k), if you manually work the relay the compressor works. Air con light is on on the dash. Has anyone any info?. If the refrigerant is low on pressure is there a pressure switch to stop the compressor running? also the main fan doesn't run when the air con light is on. Anyone got a wiring diagram?

| Banned | Re: 02 Stilo diesel air con problem Sounds like you need a new compressor, You can manually switch it off buy pressing the snow flake button.  Welcome to the forum BTW

| Whaddya mean too old?  | Re: 02 Stilo diesel air con problem I'm still finding my way around the Stilo A/C but I believe there's a low pressure switch which stops the compressor running for instance if there's no gas. Have you checked for the common fault of the aircon pipe cracked therefore no gas? Hi ive got a sim prob to yours and am working back from the compressor (where the clutch kicks in if a live feed is applied ), can you tell me which relay was problematic please, thanks paul
