| Banned | Re: amp for connect+ Hello mate I'm having the same problem at the moment, but hopefully will be sorted tomorrow. I was told by someone on here originally to go to Halfords & get a PC3-11 connector from autoleads, don't bother it doesn't fit I'm hopefully getting the Fiat wiring diagrams tomorrow so I'll post back when I get it sorted.

| Re: amp for connect+ hey mate i have had no joy whatsoever around my area getting someone to find anything out about fitting an amp even the fiat technicians had no idea how to do it so im going to try the old fashioned way of speaker to rca converter using the bandpass on the amp to try and keep mainly low level going to the sub im going to have a go at it tomorrow ill post back when ive done it we shall see!!!!

| Banned | Re: amp for connect+ Good news mate. I have mine working now! What I did in the end is I spliced the amp remote into the green remote wire from the autochanger, then wired the amp rca's into the rear speaker cables. Also I recommend if you go this route to wire the rca's(amp end) to the high level bandpass as you might damage the speaker going the other way round.

| Re: amp for connect+ Ok, most amps have 2 types of input. 1 type is two rca connectors, one red and one white circular plugs. these are the low level inputs. The other type is a block of 4 screw terminals, which look the same as your speaker connection terminals. These are called Hi-level inputs. Not all amps have hi-level inputs. If yours havent got them, you need to go and buy a hi-level to lo-level convertor. Costs around £10 from halfords, or you can buy one like this from Ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Boss-Audio-Hig...QQcmdZViewItem
