K+N Induction

Is it worth getting a Filter to go with my new Zorst ? I was looking at Replacement filters and Induction kits ... do they make any difference

K&N "DON'T DO IT!" CDA all the way mate. Yeah it's more expensive, but the thing I've learnt over the years through fiddling with my cars is, only pay money out for things that actually work & do something. A K&N will give you a better throttle response & give you more top end until the engine gets hot then you just watch your fuel gauge drain!

Re: K+N Induction

I didn't say they caused your engine to overheat, I actually said they don't work when they get hot!

thats not said very clearly in your post.
if your saying ''when your car gets up to running temp'' rather than ''gets hot'' then i still dont have a problem with my k&n ''draining fuel''.

Welcome to the forum

K&Ns are loud on 1.2s! On a 2.4 20v engine though?! Id love to hear that I doubt anythings broken lol. I think Supersprint do an exhaust for the Abarth. Try searching the Stilo forum

Just don't connect the original pre-inlet hose up.

Re: K+N Induction

Sorry! What I meant was that if you get a CDA don't connect the pre-inlet pipe(the one that goes into the CDA from the bulkhead) & that will be as loud as your right foot.
