(T) Car Phone Charger.

I'm soon to get a new Nokia 6680 phone and want to use this for for navigation purposes. Now I want to mount the phone in the centre mount using a brodit proclip and purchasing one of these to mount and charge the phone:-

Now my only concern is will the charger cable be long enough to plug into the lighter socket or shall I just forget all about this.

Has anybody else purchased one of these??

I'm not sure if it'll reach the lighter but even if it does it'll look a bit ugly so try running it down the back of the dash and find a 12V cable roud there, there's bound to be one somewhere (maybe the one leading to the light in the glove box????)

Hmmm don't know whether that will be possible and i'm certainly no electrician!

Looking at how far it is from the charger to the centre mount doesn't look that far looking at it now..

Think I may take the plunge and buy one..
