Sunroof Problem

A few weeks ago the sunroof was closed and couldn't be opened again. It was struggling to open from its left side but its right wouldn't move so it was securely stopping itself.

FIAT said they had to change the frame of the roof which would cost me €2500.

I contacted WEBASTO and their representative in Greece called me and told me to go to their partner in Thessaliniki to have a look.

I went and left the car there for a week. The whole roof was removed and they found that the channel protecting the metal wire that moves the roof, was moved a little bit, causing the metal-wire to be in angles so it stuck. In 1 minute they placed the channel back to its original place and now I have to wait another day to put the roof back in.

Imagine that they charged me only €80.
