Re: Induction needed?

BMC CDA, ALFANIGE on here from www.angeltuning.co.uk swears by them as do a few Stilo owners on here, albeit mainly abarth and I haven't a clue if you're an abarth owner.

Sure stu will post in the morning with a few more details.

Thumbs up Just..................................

buy a K & N 570i kit, cheap and cheerful, £75, but you won't get that noise you're looking for because of where the air filter is situated.

i have one of these you do get a sporty sound but mostly at high revs.if you have the window down you hear it but i think the sound proofing on the stilo is very good.got mine from halfords for £65 , seemed one of the cheapest places i could find , cheaper than ebay!!!

Thumbs down My next service...............................

is in June and I'm going back to the original filter set up, the K & N is going, it has made very little if no difference to the performance, you can't hear it because of where it's located and as SLY says soundproofing and I don't think it's helping my fuel economy problem either.

I think you'll be hard pushed to make the 1.6 perform any better than it already does, an age old discussion I'm afraid................................

Question How does the 1.4 go?

What's it like, is it ok? What BHP is it? I wasn't aware it had six speed, I thought that was reserved for the 1.2.

TC.
