Fiat Stilo Cd upgrade...

I know those of us with radio cassette can upgrade to the cd changer option... anyone any idea how much Fiat are looking for these??

My question though is, A friend has upgraded his Stilo to some aftermarket flashy head unit and he has his old single slot cd player system working perfectly...

Could I use this in my Stilo by just taking out the radio cassette and putting in the single slot cd system? Is it easy to remove the existing unit and install the new??
