 | Amp power cable If anyone done it or not I need to find a good safe way to run 8 gauge wire from my battery t othe amp in the boot Can anyone help me with this for when i get my car out of the garage (engine fault) Cheers thanx Ps pics be good too

| GP T-Jet Owner  | Re: Amp power cable I spent ages trying to find a way to get my power cable in from the engine bay, in the end i realised my stilo is one that has a power outlet in the boot, wired my power cable up to a cigarette lighter type plug and put it straight into the socket in the boot.

| GP T-Jet Owner | Re: Amp power cable That is correct, if you dont actually have the power outlet the wiring for it should still be there. Im guessin pull out the inner pockets in the boot on the left hand side and the wires should be there

| Re: Amp power cable NO NO NO NO...... If u connect and amp to standard wiring u could start a fire. It pulls far 2many amps. thats why Amp wires are made. if it wasent the case why dosent everybody just wire them 2 their boot bulbs !!!!!!
