| New here :) Problem with my Telephone Nav+ Hi First post so go easy with me. Had a Stilo (3 dr) b4 in and out of the dealer on a semi regular basis. Now I have a multiwagon with all the bells and whistles. Skywindow packed in as did the clutch so they have now both been replaced BUT my telephone (part of the Nav+) has stopped working, or more specifically no-one can hear me. Where exactly is the microphone? Is it possible they disconnected when they dropped the roof lining and didnt connect it back up? It def worked b4 Any help anyone can offer is much appreciated.  | Re: New here :) Problem with my Telephone Nav+ pull down the housing in front of the interior lights, the mic is in there. very likely they did not not plug it in when the repaired sky window, or it was not plugged in properly, same goes for sky window control make sure it is all the way home. I have had the same problem. Welcome to the world of fiat service, they really are great at massacring your car.
