alternator fault

for the 1st time last night, when i started my car, there was an alternator fault, so i switched the engine off and back on and it is now fine!!

any1 had this b4? also it will be ok wont it?

Re: alternator fault

Check your alternator belt, I had this in the end the belt came of and got trapped under the timing belt, potentially major problems. Have a good good look at your belt.
