| Re: Seatbelts if you really do have a deathwish, how about wrapping the belt around the back of the seat and clipping it in? I assume you mean you use the car for deliveries, so often need to drive 30 feet at a time? Otherwise, not taking the piss, but why would you drive without it? Airbag won't work properly in a crash if you're not belted in as you'll be in the wrong place in the car. You may die.

| Re: Seatbelts ok first a disclaimer: seatbelts save lives, airbags don't work properly without them, there is a REASON why the seatbelt reminder is so persistant. Visit a panel beater, car garage or scrap yard and ask for just the clip in part of the seatbelt. They should either have a few spare or be able to order it for u or just cut one off a wrecked car.

Can't quite recall whether he was belted up or not BUT he now wears it all the time! So what if a fare dodger gets away with a tenner, belting up saves lives.

Thanks: 0 Trader Rating: (0) | Unless like Pete says you are in and out every 30 feet why would this be a problem? As for the Taxi thing, never understood that... Ok it means they could get after a fair dodger a couple tenths of a second quicker, but thats going to make no difference to whether they are caught, they're either gonna be faster or not.

| Re: Seatbelts I dont have a deathwish, nor do i wish to wreck my car. Unlike all of you people that more than likley live in concrete jungles on the black stuff, i happen to have to drive up and down a 4 mile off road farm track to get home, which at times can be rather difficult in certain conditions because it isnt the smoothest of surfaces. see below; [IMG][IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] Cant wear a seat belt because in conditions like this need to get right up to look over bonet or to hang out of the window to make sure i dont drag my stilos ass along the floor. But i can assure you i do wear my seatbelt on the black stuff.
