(T) Rattle - Front of Car

My Stilo has now been back to the dealership 4 times for the same problem. No matter where I go or what road service I drive on I have a constant rattle at the front of the car. After the fourth visit they said it was the roll bars/track rod ends?? they changed this and yet again it is going back.
Having again discribed the noise I am going on a test run with one of the mechanics. They said it could be the brakes as they rattle?? and that they can't do alot about this but I personally don't think it is?
Anyone else had anything like this?
I also have a problem of what sounds like a bolt in the foot well of the drivers side hitting the sides everytime I turn a corner, they still can't solve that problem.

I get the noise in the footwell as well when I corner sharply .... doesn't seem to affect the drive at all ...anyone else?

On my old golf gti I had a rattle that nobody could figure out..turned out to be a pin in the front brakes that was loose..

Just turn the music up.... Sorry not v.helpful

It's not anything silly like a part of the dash rattling or something is it?

Had my Stilo now for a week 3 door JTD, have had a tapping from front since got it.
Took it back, thought it was door,
took a test drive with mechanic, it is actuaaly the front wing creasing.,
put some silicone on it still not work, going back in on friday to remove wing
and hopefully sort out.

Hey guys i get the same thing, when i corner hard or go over a (big'ish) bump in the road, i hear a rattling noise! I was under the imperssion that it had something to do with a weight in the airbag changing the balance/position of the airbag!
