(T) funny noise

any ideas decks?

On what? New Bravos or the noise?

Well if it's rotating then it's
Brakes
Wheel bearings
Driveshaft
Diff/gearbox

Wheel bearings make a constant drone increasing with speed but so does a diff

Only you know where the noise is coming from. It's danerous being underneath a car with the wheels rotating so I'd take it to a gearbox place and ask them "Is this gearbox/diff or wheel bearings?"

i think im just going to get shut without checking at a specialist.

TBH its due an exhaust anytime soon, i still havent got anyone to fix my rear bush, also most likely due new front discs and pads, and two new tyres, plus drivers seat belt started to frey and now it sounds like drop links are going again, i cant fix the rear light for love nor money, and now potential diff problems again, which aint cheap to fix.

all in all its time to cut loose methinks. Sad as i love the thing and driving a new bravo today did feel nice, but not quite the same. (feels sporter having 3 doors!) but it would be nice to have a new car again and the safety of a warranty.

shame as the motor is sweet as a nut, i seem to be lucky in having one that doesnt burn oil, gets 50+mpg on mways, can get 42 mpg in rush hour traffic

Can't NumanR help you out with the rear bush (I thought he offered) ?

I'm sure he could diagnose the noise and rear light problem at the same time even if you had to book a place overnight (I think you're still mobile aren't you?)

NumanR is too far away from where i am, so far i wouldnt want to try and get there the condition the car is in

noise is getting worse now and car is only moving to places so i can try and trade in.

took the stilo out today after being stood still for nearly 2 weeks, and the noise had gone! (must have realised i been looking at new cars)

However dont get excited, after 3 miles, it slowley came back. bugger.

so its going.
