Anyone fancy a trip to see me and Danny to see if we can get to the bottom of this problem for you? 1 car, preferably a mod, and a day of examiner and testing.

Thanks for volunteering me!....a day spent driving up and down the bypass- mmm... fun.

Is the owner/mod gonna pay for the bacon rolls?

Danny I knew you would volunteer mate, it would be good to investigate the parameters that the maps are pushing through, I already have an idea why this is occuring and I am sure Danny does.

Yep, you're right- I'm intrigued by stuff like this and it would be interesting to see the limits that the maps are pushing.

I'm in- just don't make it an F1/Moto GP weekend will you?

Speak to you Monday, mate.

How early do you think I'd be getting up?

Anyway, I'm easily pleased... Sausage and bacon bap with brown sauce, Tea- milk and 2 sugars. That's all I'm asking.

Although I've not had a Topic for ages...

Sad state of affairs, biggest site for Fiat enthusiasts (in the world??) and there's no moderator with a Stilo - tsk tsk

I'm kidding

Now then Dave, define "behaves"

Depending on when this happens.... I'd almost certainly be up for it
Personally I'd be hugely interested to find the route of the evil that is the engine fault alarm once and for all (not that it's happened since wednesday)

Re: JTD/MJET - induction and remaps, please read!

heres some pondering material.
heres a bit of a bosch data sheet for a afm, they are precisely designed and calibrated to work in the housing supplied and would work to some degree in any shape or dia pipe but wont work as designed.
http://www.guzzimental.com/documents...%20Sensors.pdf
also heres a video of an astra cdti with a simota carbon filter housing but retaining the original afm complete.
can you put the original complete afm back in line in the gsr tubing and connect with jubilee clips etc either end as shown in video?.or to test can you put original pipework back on and fix gsr filter to end of afm housing?.
hope you get to the bottom of this.
