Stilo ABARTH Sellespeed gear stick problem!

Hi all,

I have STILO ABARTH 2.4 20V Sellespeed and after 3 years I have problem with gear stick. Sometimes it wont shift gears, I have to try for 6-7 times to get it into gear, on the other hand the flippers on steering are working fine. This problem giving me a headache when try to go into R.

Did anyone experienced similar problem? I read the most of the posts here on forum but didn't find any similar, or I missed that one.

Best off getting it on a diagostics mahine mate, just check if it has enough Selespeed oil in it!!! Mine wouldn't get a gear and kept falling into N, it ended up needing some CS fluid in it.

Could be the microswitch on the gear selector though - its the same as the one on the alfa if i'm not mistaken, try a scrappers or fiat / alfa specialists if you prefer a new one (if it is that)
