Fiat Specialist in Bucks?

Can anyone recommend a VAT registered (Condition of the Warranty) FIAT specialist in South Bucks? I live in the High Wycombe area.

The Stilo is due a service in a few months, I reluctant to take it back to the Main Dealers after the complete fiasco last year which could have resulted in a destroyed engine.

There used to be a guy in Wycombe called Tony Keen who worked on Fiats and Alfas but he seems to have disappeared.

Re: Fiat Specialist in Bucks?

Bit of a drive for you but ive taken my Punto JTD to Palmer & Philips near Oxford for the last 4 years, theyve done about 5 services on it, plus cambelt, front & back brakes & an air con pipe that split & ive never had to return to get something 're-fixed' as often seems to be the case with main dealers.

There's no vast choice of fancy coffee in the waiting area or anything like that, but theyve always done a good job for me & helped me out with advice for the car & stuff. Im so reluctant to take the car anywhere else, i'll bring it back from my house in Manchester to continue to take it to them.

Theyre on the Horsepath Trading Estate, which is very near to the BMW (Mini) factory. Let me know on here or by private message if you need more details & i'll send you them.

I know of one in Fareham, Hampshire but again it's a bit of a journey for you.

Re: Fiat Specialist in Bucks?

Thanks guys. I just spoke to Palmer and Phillips and it sounds promising as they can do a courtesy car with enough notice. It means a bit of time and petrol but worth it to get someone who knows what they're doing.

Re: Fiat Specialist in Bucks?

No worries - i forgot to mention the courtesy car, it is usually available pretty quickly. It's only an N Reg Punto i think, but i don't think you even have to pay for the insurance, which is more than can be said of some main dealers!
