Cool Re: rear brake discs

All stilo's have the same rear disc size and that includes the abarth as well ..so you need a piston wind back tool that screws in on both the clockwise and anti clockwise rotation.. sure its not the hand brake cable sticking..

Any good Fiat dealer/garage should be able to order it for you.

If you can get away with it then best of luck

.....just don't be surprised when you get a lot of "we told you so" posts when it seizes tight the next time you try to change the pads

Post on our site saying Ozmosis has done 60k on a set of back pads..if posters car last that long it will be time for the knackers yard for the car anyway..two sets of pads at 60K a time =120K I wonder how many stilo's will be around with that mileage..

Re: rear brake discs

but i didnt say i did 60k on them, thats why i was confused.

i've had the car 15 months now i think and ive done about 16k miles in it since. havent touched the brakes yet, and judging by the garage i bought it from, they hadnt changed them in the service when they said 'its just been serviced by our specialist' lol

so i would think theyve got a fair few miles on them. at 86k now i severley doubt that they havent been changed at some point
