still no skywindow problems. I only have a problem with a skywindow curtain that has started to "jumps" few times while opening.

It's just a meter of cleaning sliding channels, but I didn't have time to clean it good enough, as winter started.

Now back to your problem... it sounds like your skywindow is locked. If skywindow and curtain (blind) doesn't react when you turn the dial, then (it could be that) it is on hard lock.
Here is procedure for locking or unlocking it:
First turn the ignition key to (MAR) position for car to get a contact.
If you push down the dial it clicks and kinda locks the skyroof. The dial doesn't open the roof, nor does the blind move until you press the dial in again.

Now, if that don't work, you can try a reseting procedure:
Press the dial in, and hold it. Your skywindow will start reseting. Hold it in until it gets opened or stop making some clicking sounds (around 10 seconds). Now try to open it with knob.

If this doesn't fix it maybe some fuse is dead, or maybe something more complicated. Anyway, you can find many posts about fixing skywindow problems on this forum.

P.S. mine skywindow and windows also open if I hold unlock button on the key more than 2 seconds.
