| engine paint problems ??? i got a paintshop to paint my enginecover (the one in plastic) but after one day it started to fall of in pieces... now it needs to be repainted, but what can i do to provent it to happen again.... the painter dosnīt have a clue why it happens...???

| The modfather | I did mine a long time ago and havn't had any problems strip of all the old stuff and give it a sanding with some wet and dry to key it then coat it with hammerite smooth I used the silver and then when dry take a fine artist brush and some acrylic paint in red and carefully fill in the Fiat name in the cover as I said heat and expansion has NOT affected the finnish I also did the battery cover while I was at it
