does anybody no how to fit or reshape an xbox to fit into a stilo xbox?

only way you can cut down the size of an xbox by any margin is to chip it,run a no DVD drive bios and run the games exclusivly from the hard drive.

as for fitting it,where do you mean?it will go in the boot fine.

yeah i got a chipped xbox az well i wanted to stick it into the glove box. c if i ave it in da boot i gotta keep gettin in there 2 swap games unless i stick a bigga hard drive on it c i gotta screen for it az well like

well if you want to make it smaller then ive listed your option.i would have a larger hard drive in the car anyway as its easier than carrying discs plus you can have the xbox tucked away more.
removing the dvd drive is the only way to really drop the size.
since i dont know the glove box dimensions i cant really say about the fit but i doubt it will fix even without a dvd drive

could you not store the xbox in the boot and wire up a dvd drive, controller ports and power buttons in to the glove box?

honestly split screen games are not much cope on the small screens. a large hard drive is so much easier,with a chipped box you can do everything from the screen bar turning it on. a modded power switch and a dash power switch would do that.
wireless controllers may even work through to the boot

do you no of any good mod shops that do stuff like that? price's if ya no off the top of your head?? do ya chip xbox's? i got another 2 here that need chipping for me nephew n lad

does anybody no of any mod shops out and about near wrexham? i want to install my xbox into my xbox stilo i have xbox and screen. but i want screens in the back on the head rests with controlers in the centre and controler in front sumbody help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

when i get my 360 gonna go to local ice shop an see if they can fit some kind of quick release system for it in the glovebox. loads of space in there so shouldnt be a problem , but just dont want it fixed permanently!

if you do it with the 360 instead you then have 20GB hdd and wireless control pads! no need to modify as much then and could even put it in the boot.

but i always buy my games officially, so wouldn't need a large hard drive for that reason and my music collection is less than 15gb so

and you cant rip originals to the hard drive????? if your like me you will have a core choice of games you always go back to and those live on the hard drive.as does the full collection of N64 roms(okay technically pirated but i have an N64 and loads of games as well
not only games on the hard drive,you can rip your dvd's,xvids etc on there as well.
handy for photo storage as well

guess you got a point there! but would still have the 360 in the car over the xbox!
