HELP NEEDED !!! Which H7's do I fit..?

Hi everyone this is my 1st thread & probably not my last...
I need advice on what is the best H7 replacement "dipped" bulb to fit my recently purchased STILO 1.9 JTD ( 115 ) which I am impressed with..?
I was thinking between
Philips Extreme + 80
or the more recent
Philips Diamond Vision
Has any STILOIAN got either or can offer well appreciated advice
Many thanx for looking

Re: HELP NEEDED !!! Which H7's do I fit..?

I was pondering the same question..but iwent for it and got a H7 dipped beam conversion kit. They look fantastic! So very bright. You'll probs need some help on fitting the bulbs, as there not simple. So see my thread about how i fitted them. You could also considering uprating the sidelight bulbs at the same time

I've got a set of Hids to fit but, although I've read your guide it doesn't go into great detail on the wiring side. I've got 2 wires on my Hids and what do I attach them to? I've also got 4 of the 4 led sidelights to fit, did you have any problem with the blown bulb warning system going into overdrive when you fitted yours? I've seen them advertised with resistors to resolve this possible issue.

remove the two wires from the standard bulb....attach them to the two wires which feed in to your HID balast. it then gets amplified.
you should have wires going out of you balast now. they go to the new bulb.
I didnt have to do any cutting.
once you have your light unit out, it becomes very obvious what connects to where. and shouldnt take much more that 5mins on each side.

with regards to the side lights. had no problems realy. none of them worked till i turned them round then they all worked fine. and i did get the bulb failure system coming on. but after about 10mins it went off, and hasnt been back on since

I went for the Philips +50%'s and I've been really happy with them. The +80% are probably brilliant... literally!

If you're after a HID conversion, read some of the threads about them on here first, by all means go for a HID conversion kit, just be careful to make sure it's actually legal...

Re: HELP NEEDED !!! Which H7's do I fit..?

I fitted the philips +80's and i was really happy with them... Until one blew after only a few months use. Just then the osram nightbreakers were released with +90 light and +10% whiter!

Naturally i went for those but i just seem to prefer the philips.

Both are impressive either way.
