Main problem we get is people not using the same user name[which you have] so we dont know who you are when you arrive..I use the same user name where ever I go and find it easier

Re: Few Prices Required

For some reason, I signed up with my real name on PS, but my backwards e-nickname here. I'm sure you already spotted that though

I wonder why CarCrazy changed Eibach to Cobra

Had a chat with Mark (Koa) and he said that whilst he loved the look of the car, living with it lowered was a bit of a pain (always slowing for speedbumps and having to keep a careful eye on high kerbs and the like when parking etc) and that he wouldn't be doing it again.

This of course was the very reason I removed my Pi springs and fitted Koa's original springs.

There's a 'Lowering' thread somewhere and he gives his reasons...

...<wanders off to check>...

Found it! (http://www.fiatforum.com/stilo-techn...9-dampers.html) the Eibachs were leaking?

Anyway, fully understand how Mark feels, I'm bloody paranoid about speed bumps, there are some roads around here I just can't go down, plus the list of pubs and car parks who have those stupid rubber speed bumps is growing too.

Re: Few Prices Required

Will have to get some pics of my Leon up on it's 50mm drop to see how it is for me - but I can clear most things a-ok in first gear lol

OK but still a bit confused

Did CarCrazy actually replace the Eibach springs that Mark had fitted for Cobra springs (I know Mark fitted Eibach because I saw the box)

Possibly not, more likely my memory has things arse backwards and CC just replaced the dampers with Cobra items. Springs on the car at the mo are red if that's of any help.
