just not to the same extent. the less restictive the better, straight through centre, and it would be good just to have a tailpipe design rather than a back box, but law states their must be a least one silencer, which would be the back box in a straight through case, without the back box the bobbys may be arses and class it as a race exhaust

but bigger is better on any turbo'd car, just not to big, wont be too loud either, the turbo does a good job of acting like a silencer.

i would go for a single exit rather than one either side though, gain that little bit more through better flow, dual exits always flow worse than singles

unless you mean a twin pipe single exit on the left rather than a twin
exit, either side, dont take notice of the above comment
