rubber trim

hi,is it a big job to remove the rubber strip at the front? each time i go over a speed bump,it drags along and makes a racket any help please

leave it on mate, its flexible so wont do any damage, id rather the strip hit a hump than the bumper itself

You must be going over some pretty huge speed bumps, ive never had that problem theres plenty of clearance under there!

However if your speed bumps are mountainous then fair enough!

Only time I had this problem was when going off road on Pi springs (now removed)

In answer to your query though, I doubt its a big job, I accidentally ripped about half of mine off parking over a small tree stump (it wasnt there honest!) and its only held on using staples. Of course if you take it off and want it back on, do what I did, jack up the front drill a hole through the strip and bumper and use a nut/bolt and washer! Job's a goodun!

mine erm ripped itself off. now i enjoy the sound of the undertray scraping instead lol.

and people say you should slow down for speed bumps
