(S) side skirts

Hi Folks,

Ive got a price off my local dealer for a set of sideskirts, price inclusive of painting & fitting will be £340.00 inc vat.

Does this sound reasonable or a bit over the top?!

Well my dealership quoted me £326.00 for the exact same job so I chose to do them myself £130.00 to buy £70 to get painted and £12 for the glue, but if you've read my thread you'll know I still haven't got them on because FIAT have sent a duff batch over they forgot to put the fitting kits in so I'm waiting for them to come from Italy! :(

i dont feel confident enough to cock it up myself so ill let fiat do that for me! where u get the £326 quote bud?

Be careful about fitting them yourself as they are pants to do we have done 2 lots with spoiler glue and they still wont fit nicely along the body.Go and find a stilo with factory fiied ones and see the gaps along the body line and then you will see what i mean, they have to be almost forced to follow the body and masking tape will not hold them enough to hold in tightly, my advise is get a good body shop to fit them so you have got some come back when they ping away from the body.........(sorry):(
