Pollen filter - how to remove

The pollen filter is meant to be changed at every service interval but it's only done as an additional customer expense and not included with the service. It really gets surprisingly clogged so reduces heater blower efficiency.

Re: Pollen filter - how to remove

Newer pollen filters (according to eLearn) are actually snipped on the top and bottom so they can be folded to facilitate easier removal and refitting, and older filters may be snipped manually to aid this too. Tried saving the images but they save as some strange format so I can't post them up
