Re: red cinq retro rebel co.durham

the cinq engine and the likes really are a piece off piss to chnage, did mine (899 swap) in just over 4 hours frm start to finish at work one saturday when the boss was away!! this weekend i have the joys of fitting, a gearbox, 2 front struts, 2 bottom arms and a rear trailing arm to my cinq, god its all expense from the little bugger.....

Re: red cinq retro rebel co.durham

yeah man there an endless money pit, but not as much as my classic mini(6k and counting on a full rebuild) yeah i cant believe theyve gone to all that hassle just to put a bus lane in down at stone bridge! bloody bus's! yeah im running on steels at the fornt because they wanted 56 quid each for the correct size tyres for cinq sporting wheels! so ive managed to get some 175/50 13;s from a supplier at work!

Re: red cinq retro rebel co.durham

mine has got 175/60 on were on when i got it must of been easier to get than the 165/55. i found som **** federal tyres on tinternet 33quid deliverd to ya door. might get them just for now keep mr plod happy.supose the bus lane will come in handy on second thaughts no it wont all it will do is get the bus to roundabout quicker just for no1 to let it past haha
