New Bravo in Hartlepool

Yes at 7pm tonight a new bravo was behind me at the round about in the marina just looking to see if it was anyone from here (Hellcat your ok i Know it wasnt you as it was a Grey) But if it is can the MUPPET of an Owner turn there bloodly lights on or is that an optional extra
