Yellow cinq on M25, near Watford

Just come back home and seen a nice broom yellow cinq on the M25. Didn't look like it was modded much, but had an Abarth badge on the rear right, next to the Cinquecento badge.

I flashed but didnt seem to get any recognition :p Was going about 100 when I got on the motorway behind him, then slowed down as I caught up with him.

Was it you? :p
