New to the Fiat

I am looking to buy a 1961 Fiat Spider 1200. it is a complete car less motor and trans. There is rust in the floors only (need to replace).

I have a couple questions. What motors/trans will fit bolt in (4 speed car man) and were is a good place to find parts and sheet metal.

I am buying the car for under 200.00 bucks.
