| Timming cover I have just replaced my timming belt and it runs strong and true,  the only problem is the timming cover, it did not have one on it and I have a used one now, but I have no bolts to hold the lower part of it , can anyone help with the bolt diameter, bolt head size, lengh and thread type. Thanks to all in advance.

| Re: Timming cover I just did some work on my '79 Spider and replaced some of those bolts. On mine (I bought them at Orchard Supply Hardware) they were M6X__ Pitch 1.0 The __ is the length. I would just buy a bunch of different lengths and then just shoot and miss until you get the right one. Jacob
