| Man Trans Fluid I have the 79 spider 2000 with the 5 speed man trans, what type of fluid is needed for the transmission, and at what interval should i change it. Also would it benificial to run a transmission cooler on it, would it help to extend the life of the transmission, it has only 78,000 miles on it. Thanks.

| Re: Man Trans Fluid I bought my fluid from Vick's Auto parts, it was just as cheap as NAPA fluid, but i didn't have to drive 20 miles out of my way to get it Vickauto.com

| | Re: Man Trans Fluid lots of guys are finding GL-1 at tractor supply places. five gallons for the cost of shipping two quarts from Texas makes a lot of economic sense.
