| Lubrication question I just bought a 77 Spider, nothing like driving with the top down. But I should change the fluids as I don't know when they were last done. I have been doing some reading all over the web and I know I should use 15/40 for the motor and I have read some people using 20/50. Which would be better? I also need to know what to put in the tranny and differential. I suspect the radiator doesn't just use a regular preston mix either? Any help is greatly appreciated. Pray for sun... Thanks Bill

| NobodyBlamesTheHappyGuy:D | Re: Lubrication question Hei. The numbers 20/50 etc. is a description of the oils ability to lubricate in low and high temperatures. Iīm having difficulties explaining because english isnīt my native language, but itīs best to how an oil thatīs thin when itīs cold and thick when itīs hot. Low number/high number is best: 5/50 (usually synthetic) . Morten.
