Scrapyards

We have a "Garages" forum, so why not now a "Scrapyards" one?

Many people, like myself, love hunting for bargains at scrappers. We could have a place to discuss good/bad places, cars available and even ask for help!

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Let's face it, we drive Fiats. Scrapyards are our best friends, so yeah it's a good idea.

Fiat Brava 1.6 HSX, Fiat Uno 1.1 ieS.

Imagine seeing this at the scrapyard:

http://membres.lycos.fr/myphedra/Images/PhotosGallery/phedraDino.htm

It is a Lancia Phedra, same as the Fiat Ulysse! English translation towards bottom of narration.

Wonder how much they would charge for rear seat trays?

Are there any dedicated FIAT specialist breakers and salvage places out there?

If there are post the telephone numbers and web-site addresses here so that everyone can source cheaper parts!

We need some later FIATs that are accident damaged too so that parts can be reclaimed.

Cinqmeister, I agree, Steve C speak for yourself, Brava(falling to bits) man!

:p

Wonder what the ad would look like in Auto mart - 'One owner from new, slight damage to both front wings - willing to accept ANY offer!'
