Just a thought....

....How about an area on the site where members can post what county they live in (volentary), so we can all then see 'at a glance' the members nearest to us?.

i.e. could have 'Berkshire FF', 'Surrey FF', 'Lancashire FF', 'Yorkshire FF' etc, etc.

This might help with meets and events and get everone together more often (including 'newbies'), as people might be more inclined to make a short trip to meet 'others'.

....it's not like we're gonna go and fight each other!!!

i dont have a county

but it could work

a section on the main page and the list of counties in sub sections

the nly problem may be that it gets setup and no-one uses it

i think it would be worth considering, mabe have a PITTV and have lists of counties and people vote so then we can see who is from where, and stickie it.

I would be a bit shafted though cos i could come under lancashire/manchester and now north wales and shropshire

Think it would be a good idea, only just found out there are quite a few members in my area due to another post.

It would help develope the regions etc.

Think it would be good coz i see several modded fiats round lincolnshire, and haven't got a clue if there on here. would be gud to see who lives near me at a glance, We could then contact people about convoys to shows/cruises/pubs and could see exactly who we could meet along the way, without spending days working it out. I mean the forum meet is in lincolnshire, and i cant believe Em and me are the only members here!!!
