as far as im aware it was a name thats been around since the north west meets started so it just stuck.....

A subforum in the "Clubs" forum isn't too difficult - issue was just with events not being posted in the events forum.

So actually yeah, if clubs want their sub forum, let me know, and I'll get it created

Yeah, a section might prove useful rather than using groups. However there's a good number of folk from other forums so most discussion for NWICC will remain on FB I'd guess.

Oh and its not called North West Italia because it isn't. No-one passed a by-law saying everything had to be named the same. Otherwise we might as well all be called Dave.

Maybe allow people to create Events in the section but make sure they link to the event section.

Similar to how general topics in car sections are also in LL.

Ok, done the 3 listed.

Events aren't going to be possible though - as then people wouldn't see them unless they looked in the clubs sections too. Only way to do it is to just make a thread which links to it ....

but they still share all events with FF and so when new people from Scotland are looking for clubs in their area they will easily find it.
