Re: Technical

Good idea, those lovely moderators could trawl the "sticky's" to find the information required and also the most requested help things (eg. airbag lights), since most other forums have a Tech section.

Re: Technical

Why not go through the forums, highlight the threads most useful to you, and PM a moderator saves trawling up a thread over 2 years old......

Plus if you note, a few of the forums have a Technical section now.

Alternatively, he could just have scrolled down the forum and found the tech sections, each with a stream of stickies of FAQs d'oh.

Sorry.
I wasn't quite thinking right at the time, what I meant was a general Technical section (or should that be a FAQ/sticky's Technical section) that wasn't specific to a particular Fiat model's forum, which would help if you had a problem that wasn't specific to your model of car eg. an engine problem which may have been solved on a Punto but nobody had posted a problem for your car say if it was a Stilo. As for it being an old thread, nobody else had replied to it!.
Don't worry I'm not having a go and if I spot a thread (useful or the same question keeps getting asked for with positive results) then I may post a message to a moderator asking them if it's worthy of a Sticky.
Anyway I'd rather have Fiatforum that nots perfect but full of character (bit like our cars) than no Fiatforum at all.
Bye for now untill I put my foot in my mouth on another post.
