Depends how flash we want to be I guess.

Can just get generic cards printed in bulk for cheap, then I just write the name and expiry manually.

Next expensive up same cards as above, but buy an embossing machine to write your name and expiry and number on in silver (like you have on credit cards)

Most expensive is to just buy a card printer and do them all manually .....

I'm thinking number 2 might be the best as a trade off - I'll go down the market next week or so and see how much I can pick up an embosser for

how about light scribe disks cut down
would look unique

set a price like a tenner or more

I'm sure you can get credit card shaped CD's, not sure what data you could put on it ... probably best leave it blank and let the member write whatever they want on it
