Just thought it was because it was taken on a camera phone, and the lighting was poor around the wheel area. the rest of the car looks clean, why would the body be clean and the wheels dirty? =/ confusing...

cheers for the replies. i havent had time to clean it yet. im just waiting for my dad to clean his so he can do mine. hes a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning. what is the best lowering kit to go for because ive got some spare money to lose.
