Its overheating. I've had the thermostat/valve replaced but the problem is still there.

I'm I correct in saying that the timing belt and water pump should be changed at 40K? I bought it fairly recently around 45K, but have no record of the timing belt/water pump being serviced, so I assume they are currently over that.

Anyone had any overheating problems with a diesel 1.9 sedici? Any suggestions as to what I should check? The fans appear to be working. I'll check oil and coolant tomorrow for any signs of cross contamination (head gasket issues). Other than that, I'm thinking get the timing belt and water pump done and see if that fixes it.
 
i thought timing belt and water pump was to be changed at 60k, in line with vauxhall service schedule, i pushed my luck and had them done at 75k, had no problems so far......maybe check if you temp sender unit is faulty....
