Hi, I have a 1.9 Multijet Eleganza. The rear far side door has become intermittent with locking / unlocking. It appears an official part from Fiat is over £200. Does anyone know the specific part I need to look for cheaper on the internet or via a scrap yard?

Is it the same as the Suzuki part? Obviously it was built by Suzuki and is basically an SX4 under the badges.

There are parts listed on Ebay for the SX4 - I searched for door lock and several popped up (there are less Sedici parts listed). Just a thought.

Don't know what Suzuki dealer prices are like, but if it's the same part it would be worth a phone call. (y)

Just an update. I ordered a part of ebay for the SX4 as suggested by Palio (thank you!).

The part number is : 82302-79J10 Y1

This was for the near side rear door - I presume the part numbers will be slightly different for the other doors.

The lock fitted and worked perfectly.

Glad it helped. (y)

Running older Fiat's you get used to cross pollinating & hunting for parts fitted to another model. Slightly different with the Sedici, but as there are more SX4's parts might be easier and/or cheaper to find.
